Festive competition 2023 terms and conditions

By interacting on our LinkedIn page with the hashtag #KRestive as part of our Season’s greetings competition, you agree to the terms and conditions below and to be entered into our competition for a chance to win.
1. The promoter is Kreston Reeves LLP (We).
2. The competition is only open to those who enter by using LinkedIn “reactions” to correctly guess which festive movie is depicted in the image we share, as well as sharing the post. An entry can be made on as many of our competition posts made from the 7 December through to the end of the competition at midday on 15 December. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Staff members of Kreston Reeves are eligible for entry, and there is a separate prize of equal value for a staff winner and for a winner outside of our firm.
3. The competition closes for entries at midday on Friday 15 December 2023. Any entries made after this point will not be included.
4. The individual with the most correct answers will be the winner. In the event of a tie, all users with the joint highest number of correct answers will have their names put into a hat, and a winner will be chosen at random.
5. Multiple entries will be accepted per person, but each entry must include the correct answer and the post must also be shared in each instance.
6. For your entry to be considered, your profile privacy and visibility settings must be set so that Kreston Reeves can see your entry. Entries on private profiles not followed by us will not be entered, as we will not be aware of, or not able to view, your entry.
7. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and with no reason. Any changes to the competition will be shared as soon as possible with entrants.
8. We are not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. The prize is a luxury festive hamper, with a traditional mix of festive food and drink, perfect for sharing with family and friends. The hamper does include alcohol, so entrants must be over 18 and we reserve the right to request proof of age from the winner before any prizes are dispatched. If proof of age cannot be provided, we will select another winner.
10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferrable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. The winner will be chosen based on the highest number of correct answers. In the event of a tie, all users with the joint highest number of correct answers will have their names put into a hat to be chosen at random. The winner will be notified via LinkedIn message within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a new winner. The same rule then applies until a winner is chosen that does respond.
12. The winner agrees to use their name in any publicity material, as well as the content of their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our privacy policy found here.
13. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn.
14. Our aim is for the prize to be delivered to the winner before 25 December 2023 however this cannot be guaranteed. Kreston Reeves cannot accept responsibility for the duration of, or any delays, in delivery.
