Festive competition 2022 terms and conditions

By posting on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn with the hashtag #KRestiveCheer, you agree to the terms and conditions below and to be entered into our prize draw for a chance to win.
1. The promoter is Kreston Reeves LLP (We).
2. The competition is only open to those who enter using the hashtag #KRestiveCheer. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Staff members of Kreston Reeves are not eligible for entry.
3. The competition closes for entries at midday on Friday 16 December 2022.
4. The winning entry will be selected by Kreston Reeves Marketing and Business Development team. Only one winner will be picked from public entries.
5. Multiple entries will be accepted per person per platform, but each entry must include #KRestiveCheer to be entered.
6. For your entry to be considered, your profile privacy and visibility settings must be set so that Kreston Reeves can see your entry. Entries on private profiles not followed by us will not be entered, as we will not be aware of, or not able to view, your entry.
7. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and with no reason. Any changes to the competition will be shared as soon as possible with entrants.
8. We are not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. The prize is a large luxury festive hamper, with a traditional mix of festive food and drink, perfect for sharing with family and friends.
10.The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferrable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. The winner will be chosen at random using an online randomiser tool. The winner will be notified on the social platform they entered on within 21 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a new winner. The same rule then applies until a winner is chosen that does respond.
12. The winner agrees to use their name in any publicity material, as well as the content of their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our privacy policy found here.
13. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
14. Our aim is for the prize to be delivered to the winner before 25 December 2022 however this cannot be guaranteed. Kreston Reeves cannot accept responsibility for the duration of, or any delays, in delivery.
