Kent and Medway business survey prize draw terms and conditions

By taking part in the Kent and Medway business here, you agree to the terms and conditions below and to be entered into our prize draw for a chance to win one of the following prizes; a VAT health check consultancy, a Best of Kent hamper, or a Cheese and wine tasting experience.

  1. The promoter is Kreston Reeves LLP (We).
  2. The prize draw is only open to those who respond to the survey. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
  3. The winners will be randomly selected by Kreston Reeves Marketing and Business Development team. A total of three winners will be selected from all the surveys received.
  4. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice and with no reason. Any changes to the competition will be shared as soon as possible with entrants.
  6. We are not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  7. The prizes are a VAT health check consultancy, a Best of Kent hamper, or a Cheese and wine tasting experience.
  8. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  9. The closing date is Friday 22 January 2021 at 6:00pm and the winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a new winner. The same rule then applies until a winner is chosen that does respond.
  10. The winner agrees to use their name in publicity material if they win the prize draw. The answers given in the survey will not be attributed to individuals in any external publications. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our privacy policy found here.
