Future Forward – supporting your business recovery

For the second year running we have partnered with Locate in Kent on their Future Forward programme to help SME businesses across Kent and Medway plan for their future.

The programme offers a free business recovery support package designed to guide up to 50 businesses through the challenges they may now be facing – and beyond. It also helps them build the resilience they need to adjust to the new economic landscape, new technologies and carve out new opportunities for success.

Who can apply and what does it include?

Businesses across all sectors, employing less than 250 people can apply to access 12 hours of free consultancy delivered by Locate in Kent’s business advisory team of consultants and subject experts. The full consultation will explore four key themes:

• Customers and markets
• Operations and processes
• Financial planning
• People and performance

Kreston Reeves will be supporting the financial planning module of the programme.
