We are shortlisted for four corporate finance awards

We have been shortlisted for four corporate finance awards at the prestigious South East Business Insider Dealmaker awards.

 The firm’s Corporate Finance team has been shortlisted for:

• Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year

• Transaction Services Team of the Year

• Deal of the Year (£10m-£40m)

• Deal of the Year (sub £10m)

The annual Dealmaker Awards celebrates the contributions made by accountancy firms, lawyers, funders and corporate finance practitioners across the South East, with the winners announced on 27 February 2025.

In 2024, our Corporate Finance team advised on 15 corporate finance transactions with a combined value exceeding £180m.

The team has undergone significant change over the past 12 months, creating new Head of Lead Advisory and Head of Transaction Services roles to lead the growing team.

Our new Corporate Finance Service leads, Darren Hurdle and Craig Dallender at Kreston Reeves said: “To be shortlisted for four topflight corporate finance awards in one year is a major achievement for the firm and reward for all the hard work the team have put in.
