Karen joined Kreston Reeves in 1983 in a very different position than she holds today. She is responsible for the training needs across the firm, from qualification training to continual personal/professional development (CPD) for our post qualified and support service individuals. She has developed a substantial personal skills training programme which is available to everyone across the firm that also aligns with talent programmes for our post qualified individuals.

Karen has developed the qualification programmes by securing our Employer Training Provider status granted by the Government. This training is delivered under an apprenticeship programme which has also achieved a ‘good’ rating from Ofsted.

Karen’s strengths lie with her understanding of the accountancy industry and building a network of contacts within our governing bodies. She is a trusted adviser to the firm on all areas of training and development.
